This wine is aged sur lie from hand picked grapes from its own vineyards. By maturing on fine lees in stainless steel vessels and new wooden barrique barrels made of French and American oak, and by careful mixing (battonage) the wine gained complexity, creamy structure and intense taste. The mixing of aging in wood and stainless steel gave this wine fine notes of vanilla and caramel, but the same time the freshness and aromas of green apple and mango were preserved.
