This sparkling wine perfectly embodies Petrač philosophy of overcoming winemaking challenges.

It is produced from 100% Graševina grapes, which makes it the only of its kind in Croatia. Vintage Petrač Brut sparkling wine is truly special. The stream of bubble pearls is gentle and easy. It is full of yeast and ripe fruit aromas on the nose. A pungent freshness and opulent character are revealed on the palate. The body is very interesting, with well-balanced minimum residual sugars, alcohol and delicate acids. A very peculiar sparkling wine produced using the classic method, whose bare existence changes common beliefs and opinions about the "ideal sparkling wine", while its consumption changes the meaning of hedonism. Ideal as a rich apéritif with finger food, but also with grilled chicken or seafood risotto.
